Egg salad is a timeless favorite, perfect for a quick lunch, a picnic in the park, or a light dinner. This classic recipe is simple to make and allows for easy customization based on your taste preferences. Creamy, tangy, and full of flavor, this egg salad is a delightful addition to any meal.


 


Ingredients:


  • 6 large eggs

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions

  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lettuce leaves, bread, or crackers for serving


 

Instructions


  • Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat and cover. Let the eggs sit for 10 minutes.
